Q.        What does “List Until it Sells” really mean to sellers?

A.        The List Until it Sells plan is just that. If you select the list until it sells option, the original property listed will be listed until it is either sold or the listing is removed by the seller. 

 

Q.        May I publish a link in my ad to my another website for other properties that I would like to sell?

A.        Must Sell Right Now works very hard to keep our prices as low as we can so you can list all your property on our site for a reasonable amount. Unfortunately, we cannot allow any links to be posted in your ad to other websites. Please read the “Terms of Use and Conditions” for more information on this question.

 

Q.        If I register and become a member, will you sell my email address?

A.        NO, Never. We respect your privacy and will never sell or rent our members information. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on this question. We may from time to time mail you information on special promotions we are running.

 

Q.        Do you have a forum where sellers may communicate with each other and share tactics and ideas?

A.        Must Sell Right Now, currently has a forum for our members only to use. The forum is a place for members to communicate with each other. If we all work together, we can all help each other. What a concept.   

 

Q.        If I want to use one of Must Sell Right Now’s resources do I have to register first?

A.        Yes, Must Sell Right Now, requires registration before these resources are available. You will be required to register with a valid email address and receive an email to activate your account before you may review any of the hundreds of available resources offered.

 

Q.        What is the Resource Area?

A.        The Resource Area is an area of the website that has many different types of information and forms available to our customers to use to aid them in buying and or selling property. This area is for Real estate as well as other property as well. While most of the resources are available for free to our customers, some do have small fees associated with them.

 

Q.        If I commit a crime by misleading people and posting deceptive actions will Must Sell Right Now report these crimes and help the Police to locate me?

A.        Absolutely!

 

Q.        Can I really sell my property without an Agent?

A.        Sure, people do it everyday. By selling your own property will save you thousands of dollars and will keep you informed and in-charge of the entire process.

 

Q.        Do you guarantee my property will sell?

A.        Must Sell Right Now, will market the site as a whole in many different Medias, and keep your property published as long as your account is active. It is your responsibility to read the Seller’s Guide to learn how to price and prepare your property for marketing. Unfortunately, Must Sell Right Now cannot guarantee your specific property will sell due to many conditions outside our control.   

 

Q.        Does Must Sell Right Now have affiliate programs for Realtor’s?

A.        Yes, in-fact, there are many affiliate programs for a wide variety of other professionals as well. If you are interested in our affiliate program just contact us and we will provide you the information you need to make an informed decision to partner with Must Sell Right Now. 

 

Q.        If I purchase a listing and my property gets foreclosed on, what should I do?

A.        Contact Must Sell Right Now immediately to make arrangements for the listing to be removed, or converted to the lender for continued marketing.

 

Q.        If my property gets foreclosed on before it sells can my lender continue my listing?

A.        Yes, However depending on the type of listing you have, you will need to contact us so we may make the appropriate changes to the listing. Must Sell Right Now is committed to helping you and not to judge you, we will help you, just contact us and we will discuss your options.

 

Q.        If I purchase a listing for a single property and that property sells, may I substitute another property in the same listing?

A.        Unfortunately No. Must Sell Right Now limits the listings to the original property that was listed at the time the listing was made.

 

Q.        What is the Service Professionals Area, and how can it help me?

A.        The Service Professionals area is a Resource that you may go to and find one of many different types of service professionals to help you with a related need you may have. These include Title Companies, Home Builders, Mortgage Companies, Plumbing Companies, Electricians, and Home Inspection Companies etc. The list of Service Professionals is potentially endless; these are Service Professionals in a wide variety of fields.

 

Q.        Can you recommend a particular Service Professional over another?    

A.        Must Sell Right Now, will provide you with a list of Service Professionals for you to choose from, however, we will not make “specific” recommendations for one company over another. It is always prudent to perform your own due diligence before hiring any person or company.

 

Q.        I am having trouble getting my pictures to upload correctly, can you help me?

A.        Yes, Simply email them to us with your proper ad number and we will be more than happy to upload the pictures for you. Please be sure to make a note which picture you would like as your primary image for the ad.
